Body Design
The Body Design course is a fantastic nutrition and lifestyle course exclusive to Natalie Brown's clients. Developed to meet the needs for those people who have tried countless diets or who believe they are eating right, yet can't seem to shift the weight. It makes dieting a thing of the past as you slip into a new lifestyle and food becomes a wonderful indulgence.
Week 1: All measurements are taken including weight, circumferences, body fat, blood pressure and blood sugar. Discuss goals and diet history and the basics of body deign course to get you started.
Week 2: All measurements are taken. Cupboards and fridge categorized and explored. Eating habits and food groups explained. Overview of the psychology of eating habits and discussions of food options and guidelines.
Week 3: A trip to your local supermarket will be planned. This is where most clients discover the variety they can have. Whilst at the supermarket the psychology and marketing of the aisles and layout will be analyzed.
Week 4: Usually the week to look forward to, All measurements recorded and a cooking session will take place. This is a meal of you choice and can be anything at all.
Week 5: All measurements recorded an assessed. An in depth lesson on portion control, eating out and the glycemic index.
Week six: The final week of the body design course. Final measurements are taken and consolidation of everything that has been covered.
At the end of the course you will be scheduled for your FREE measurement session which gives you the chance to see any further development.
