Having a Personal Trainer when you exercise can be fun, it  leads to improved motivation, challenges, new ideas and a naturally  healthier outlook.  Natalie is a firm believer that there is no one exercise routine or method for every person. This is why she will offer you a FREE assessment session before you decide to make any desicions. Below is an account of what can happen if you give her a call.


Group Training
Amazingly not alot of people actually take advantage of group training sessions. If you and your friends (up to 3) would like a Personal Trainer, but don't want to pay the whole price, then group training is for you. At a reduced cost, spread across the number of people who take part, it's easy and a cheaper way to a healthier and more effective training session.
What happens when I call you?
FREE assessment session 45mins
Natalie would arrange meet you and or your friends in a place of your choice at a time that suits you. She would bring along all qualifications and insurance documents. She will find out what you like and dislike about exercise and what you are looking for  before she can make the desision if she would be suited to you. Natalie will then tell you her plan of action and what she can do for you and you get to make the final desision. If you plan to go ahead with Personal Training, you are then ready to book your first session.
