Our very own Natalie Brown conducted the Warm Up for this years 10k for Cancer at strathclyde park. Live on a main stage in the pouring rain in from of over 2000 people she put on a brave face, and a smile as she hopped skipped and jumped her way through her routine without any music. Well done to all who took part in the race itself.

Little Miss Fitness Back to Basics bootcamp got off to a flying start and a roaring end this year. Held outdoors at Strathclyde Park come rain or shine, we had over 20 people signed up and it was the grubbiest six weeks ever. We drafted in Royal Marine Commando Graeme Murphy to take our first few sessions. The weather was not the best but everyone enjoyed themselves and went home feeling tired and extremely dirty.
Our long time friend and client, Ruth spread her wings and left the country seeking relaxation and exercise at a Yoga retreat in Italy. Donned up in her Little Miss Fitness T-shirt she took part in a weeks yoga and tai chi sessions. She met great new people and had an experience to last a lifetime, all the while getting fit and active. Go Ruth!
