When it comes to diet and exercise, I forbid you to ever use the phrase: I can't. I'm telling you, there's no such thing! There might be "I don't want tos," but there are absolutely no "I can’ts" from here on out.

 Natalie Brown, Little Miss Fitness, Natty you decide. Natalie Decided from an early age that she was Little Miss Fitness. A younger Natalie spent most of her childhood with her Papa who was a avid exerciser and marathon runner. From the age of 3 she would watch him do his workouts and even sit on his back during press ups to make it harder. When she was 14 she chose her school work experience wisely, New Beginnings Health Club in Motherwell which she absolutely adored. She left school to study fitness and started working unpaid in Motherwell YMCA teaching circuits classes and doing gym inductions for experience. In 2002 Natalie got her first big break and was offered a position with the prestigious Livingwell Health clubs (it was either that or the Army). She went quickly from Gym coach to Personal Trainer and then Body Transformation co-ordinator. Her career with Livingwell went from strength to strength and she gained a mass of experience and qualifications. In 2005 Natalie left Livingwell to work for JJB health clubs and soon after started her own business.

In her spare time Natalie likes to go walking with her partner Alan and her two Dalmatians. She has tried nearly every sport their is and is most fond of running and weight training. Natalie is bursting with energy but when she finally sits still she loves to read fantasy novels and fitness books or curl up on the sofa with a good movie.
