Some say personal training is not for them, We ask you to give it a go and have a trainer visit you for a FREE assessment session where we will show off our qualifictaions, insurance certificates, Client before and after photos and give you an idea of what we can do for you. Having a Personal Trainer can be fun, it leads to improved motivation, challenges, new ideas and a naturally healthier outlook. Little Miss Fitness is a firm believer that there is no one exercise routine or method for every person and since we take all your measurements such as weight, circumfrences, body fat percentage and blood pressure (we can also fitness test you if you require) there is no excuses. Everything is accountable. As previously mentioned it is an all inclusive service, Listed below are just some more details of the all inclusive service we provide.

Nutrition

Nutrition come in many different forms these days and many people don't know what is good or what is bad any more. We will assess your diet and highlight and bad points that could changed. We can help identify why you may be eating certain things or craving foods, you may be feeling tired or have an upset stomach which we could help with a simple change of your eating habits. We can work out a plan that will suit you and is in no way severe or restrictive.

Relaxation

Planned relaxation calms anxiety and helps your body and mind recover from everyday stress. Some of our trainers are qualified and experienced in meditation and mild hypnotherapy. If you feel you need help to relax we can help you by coaching you with self relaxation.

Exercise in Pregnancy

Although you may not feel like running a marathon, most women benfit greatly from exercise during pregnancy. You will need to discuss your plans with your GP before starting. Having a personal trainer during this time as well as after the birth will ensure you are exercising safely at all times and avoiding certain dangerous exercises. I offer reduced cost personal training with combined nutritional advice for mums to be. As after all, you will be wanting to spend all your money on your new baby when he or she arrives.

Soft tissue therapy is a great way to allievate any injuries or tensions that you may have. Book for an assessment session with me and see just what soft tissue massage can do for you.

·   Advice

Met is when the therapist uses a client’s muscle to stretch the opposing muscle. The therapist takes the muscle that they are wishing to stretch to its point of bind. The therapist then gets the client to use the opposing muscle by moving away from the therapist. When the client relaxes the therapist then moves the muscle to realign the muscle fibres therefore stretching the muscle.
