Cancellations
Our Personal Trainers time is a precious commodity. When you commit to a course or session we ask you to do your best to be available at the agreed time. This helps you to make the best use of your session, and also helps us to manage the service efficiently. If you do need to cancel please make sure that you give as much notice as possible. If you are late to a session then we will continue that session up to the allocated time slot.
If sessions are cancelled with less than 12 hours notice, then that session if already paid as part of a course or block booking will be lost. If payment has been made in advance, no refund of fees can be given. This is because we will have expense of providing the appointment and will not be able to use it for another client. If we cancel without 12 hours notice then a complimentary session will be offered. If we arive more than 15 minutes late then a complimentary session will be offered.
Block Bookings
Block bookings are valid for a maximum of six months from the date of purchase, this allows us to provide the best possible service and forecast our capacity to provide future clients with an estimated start date. If you have an illness which prohibits exercise we can freeze your block for a maximum of 8 months.
Refunds of Blocks
Little Miss Fitness does not offer refunds of block bookings if a client decides to simply end thier training during a block. If however an illness is suffered we will freeze your block for a maximum of 8 months.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 2 people or more a deposit of £10 is required prior to the booking.
Health and Safety
At Little Miss Fitness we take ever care we can when looking after our staff and our clientele. We carry out a dynamic risk assessment in every area we use for training, this includes your home. For all other areas which we use on a regular basis we have a copy of a risk assessment should you require to see it. We have a rigid insurance policy which covers us for any injury or damage that occurs through training and exercise. If you injure yourself during your session please make your trainer aware. Or if you feel that you have injured yourself but your session is over please call us to arrange the accident report.

Refunds
For products bought from the Little Miss Fitness Shop, a refund will be given in full as well as all return postage refunded if proof of purchase is provided(reciept of postage) within the first six months if the product is damaged or tarnished or faulty in any way. We do not refund if you change your mind about the product or simply wish to return it. We will however be able to offer you an exchange but will not refund to you any postage you have paid to return the product.
Delivery
All products bought in the Little Miss Fitness Shop will be ordered in bulk and posted as soon as practical, this is usually within two weeks.
