Do you sometimes feel that your life is on overdrive? Do you feel like you spend most of your life surrounded by hectic schedules and forever promising yourself that this is going to be it, that you are making changes? If you do then read on because we might just have the answer for you.

Our ancestors lived a physical life, they grew and hunted for their own food and revolved their day around sunrise and sunset. While there is alot to be said for todays housing, running water, supermarkets and gyms and other blessings of life, we here at Little Miss Fitness feel we should get BACK TO BASICS and in touch with our wild side, by changing the way we exercise to incorporate our physical nature at it's best.

 

 We want to feed your desire to go for it, get in touch with your inner strength and push your boundaries through pushing your body. We want to allow you to feel your strength and energy while you exercise, feel the first tingles of your long dormant muscles come to life as you come join us at our back to basics fat busting bootcamp. Getting into the physical is an emotional tonic for your soul, getting back to nature is far more stimulating than artificial lights or mirrors and tvs in gyms.

The Bootcamp is held in Uddingston Public Hall on Old Mill Road, Uddingston, Doors open from 6.30pm til 8.30pm for diet consultations, weight-ins and advice.

This years class kicked off with Our Royal Marine Commando and Daily Record Fitness Columist Corporal Graeme Murphy and has been continued on with Personal Trainer and Daily Record Feature Personal Trainer Natalie Brown.
