Nutrition comes in many different forms these days and many people don't know what is good or what is bad any more. In a nutrition session you diet is assessed and any mistakes or points that can be changed are highlighted. You may feel low in energy, feeling down, have symtoms of IBS which don't seem to dissapear or maybe you are stuck in a weight loss rut or trying to gain weight. A change in eating can help all of these conditions. In my nutritional sessions I will help you to change your eating habits gradually and work out a plan to suit you.
