Welcome


Since this is a new area of the site please allow us to give you a short tutorial on how it works. On the left of the page you will see our Weight Loss, Workouts and Resources links, in here you will be able to download and print off all sorts of health and fitness information that can be quite useful.

You will also see a link to our Forum. it is a good idea to check this regularly, it will give you information on your trainer if they are going to be on any courses or holidays that may disrupt your training. It will also have discussions from time to time on various aspects of health, diet and exercise. You will also be able to chat to other clients through this section.

Finally on this page of the Members area we will display important announcements and our NEW Client of the Month so please check in regularly to see who is featured.


Sharon Client of the month June 2010

Sharon Started with Little Miss Fitness in November 09 with the goal of losing weight. So far she has lost over 3 stones and continues to work her butt off for even better results. We started off doing a combination of cardio and resistance training whilst Sharon followed the Little Miss Fitness healthy eating plan. Sharon has been working out with Little Miss Fitness once a week on and off since November, in her own time she follows her workout at least 4 times a week and enjoys a healthy lifestyle, going walking with her Husband Greg and her two Children Owen and Sara. At the begginning of May this year Sharon began jogging and is a true natural, she was planning to run the Race for Life on the 6th of June but due to an incident with a trolly, she hurt her ankle so was forced to walk it.

Natalie: Sharon is an exceptionally caring and passionate person. She puts everything she has into her training sessions and it shows in the results she has achieved. I have seen so much strength in her since I met her in November, and she just keeps getting stronger.


Nicola Client of the month May 2010

Nicola Started training with Little Miss Fitness to slim down for her wedding. She has had fantastic results and was married in the dress of her dreams. Nicola and I started out her training by doing speed walking sessions whilst she followed a resistance workout in her own time. Nicola also followed the Little Miss Fitness 4 for 4 diet which is a combination of a strict 4 day diet and a 3 day maintenance diet. She nows continues to follow the maintenance part of the diet whilst enjoying a healthy lifestyle and taking her daughter Molly swimming, something she didn't have the confidence for before. Nicola has completed her training with Little Miss Fitness.

Natalie: I really enjoyed training with Nicola. She is so full of life and a bundle of laughs. She was very determined to get results and it paid off for her.
